What is SWAG? SWAG stands for "Stuff We All Get" from conferences, parties, conventions, gatherings or events. There are two kinds of Swag given out at PEZ gatherings/conventions.
The first is "Official SWAG" This is stuff handed out by the gathering/convention organizers. You would get this for being a paid registrant at an event and it generally includes things like the official Name Tag, convention info, T-shirts, Bags, Pens, Pins, Note Pads, Stickers, etc. Generally the items given follow a theme of the convention/gathering and is used to promote the Convention/Gathering and help offset the costs of running a gathering or event. Other Items can also be used to raise money for a charity.
The second kind of SWAG is "Participant SWAG". These Items are made or manufactured by people attending the gatherings to hand out or trade with other participants and not official. The items are generally home made crafts or things people have made up that relate to PEZ collecting and/or the convention they are attending and are exchanged with other convention/gathering participants. It can be a way to introduce your self into the PEZ community, express creativity or to promote an item or events.
